Subperiosteal implants are a good alternative if our patients want to avoid intense surgery or bone grafting. We place the dental implant on the bone under the gum tissue instead of into the jawbone in this procedure. This type is best if our patients have suffered severe bone loss from missing teeth. Our team places the subperiosteal implants during one procedure and takes a short time to heal.
